Why so little breaks
A lot of small-business websites are assembled from parts made by different vendors, each revised on its own timetable, until one change quietly breaks another. Our hand-coded Denver sites are simply files on a fast network: no database to corrupt and no admin login to guess. With so few moving parts, routine changes fit inside the monthly fee.

Note 1Which changes are included?
Things like revised hours, a price change, a new photo, a new employee's name or a holiday closing. Larger jobs, such as adding a page, are quoted before anything is done.
Note 2What happens during an outage?
Monitoring flags it and we fix it. With so little underneath a hand-coded site, outages are uncommon.
Note 3Can you host a site another company built?
As a rule, no; the plans are built around our own sites. If yours came from somewhere else, Roger will help you decide whether fixing it or starting over makes more sense.
